Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Cheek-A-Mo.com. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

If you would like to place an order over the phone please call during our normal office hours, 415-822-1539, 8am to 6pm PST, Monday through Sunday.

 

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept Checks, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

Please note: Orders made with checks are required to clear before shipment is made.  Checks can be processed during checkout with Paypal.
 

Cancellations

Cheek-A-Mo Designs works to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please send an email to cheek-a-mo@sbcglobal.net  or call us within 24 hours of placing your order at 415-822-1539 and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already processed, please see our Return & Exchange policy for further instructions. 
 

Shipping Methods

Most of our orders will be shipped United States Parcel Service (USPS) ground. Ground Shipping can take up to 4-10 business days, with most orders averaging 5-7 business days In Stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days.  Priority Shipping (2-3 business day) can be added to your cart before checkout.   Priority 2-Day Delivery orders of in stock merchandise placed before 5:00 PM ET ship the following business day.

If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, Cheek-A-Mo.com will email you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval. Business Days: "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs

We are currently offering Free Shipping within the Continental US on all orders over $200. For orders less than $200 please see our shipping chart below. Shipping on  Gift certificates are free, unless priority mailing is required.  All returns will be assessed the shipping charge including orders that qualify for free shipping.  Priority Mail (2-3 business days) can be added from any shopping page for an additional $4 before checkout.

 International Or Air Mail Customers

We are trying to expand our shipping to outside the 50 states.  International and Air Mail customers will need to email us for shipping availability and quote. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, etc.

If you would like an order shipped outside of the Contintental US please email us prior to ordering!
 

Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight/shipping carrier. If any items are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight/shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 14 days to request a refund, exchange or store credit. You must email your request to info@cheek-a-mo.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. Please note if you would like store credit or an exchange with the new product number given. If you need to return an item you received as a gift you will receive store credit.

Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. No packages will be accepted without a RA# written clearly on the package.

Upon receipt of your approved return, if you paid by credit card; the same credit card will be credited your refund amount, store credit will be given, or the item you chose in exchange will be shipped to you.  If your purchase qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded the cost of the item purchased less the cost of the original shipping.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returned items.  Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge any restocking fees!

For health reasons, any used or washed products will not be available for refund or replacement.

 

Manufacturer's Defects

If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, email our Customer Service department (info@cheek-a-mo.com) for instructions and it will be replaced free of charge. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Gift Boxes, Gift Messages

Whether you're giving your gift in person, or sending it across the country, great gifts come in great packages. For only $5 per address shipped, we'll help ensure your gift is beautifully presented.  Gift Wrapping option can be added to you cart before checkout located at the bottom of each sales page. Send your warmest wishes by including a personalized gift message at no extra charge.

At checkout, Customers will be able to write message in "Suggestions/Comments" box during checkout process.
Note: Gift Boxes are not available for certain items.

And remember, you may create a complimentary, personalized gift message whether or not you have selected a gift box.
